Conditions of Employment
Star Resorts personnel are retained on an At
Will basis. Employment
At Will may be terminated with or without cause and with or without
notice at any time by you or Star Resorts. The Company has a
drug and alcohol policy that provides for pre-employment testing
as well as testing after employment. Consent to and compliance with
such policy is a condition of employment or independent contractor
status; and, continued employment is based on the successful passing
of testing under such policy.
